Initial Consultation

This free consultation helps us understand you and your community’s needs, goals, and any obstacles you’re facing. We use what we learn to design pathways that align with your desired outcomes.

Customized Proposal

Based on our initial consultation, we draft a proposed scope of work that outlines our suggested services, execution strategy, engagement / project timelines, intended outcomes, and fees / payment structure.

Onboarding

After signing the proposal agreement, you’re officially a part of the Engaged Spaces community! We’ll kickoff a series touchpoints including virtual and / or in-person observations, listening sessions, calendaring meetings, and community member check-ins to deepen our understanding of your community and build our work into your system. 

Engagement (Project Execution)

What kind of services do you offer?

At Engaged Spaces, we offer several services aimed at supporting your professional community. Our work is achieved through dialogue-based communities of practice, executive coaching / thought-partnership sessions, professional development workshops, and other pathways that we co-design with our partners.

How does your coaching service work?

Our coaching service is always tailored to you, the client. After an initial consultation, we set coaching goals and a tangible action plan to pursue each goal-centered checkpoint. Our authentic facilitation of coaching touchpoints invites professionals to show up as their authentic selves. Coaching sessions are fortified by pre and post-session practicums, assigned readings, observations, and reflections.

What frameworks and resources ground your application?

We use a wide variety of resources, tools, and content in our service deliveries—most notably Engaged Spaces’ Engaging Equitably Framework and Kindred’s Liberatory Collaboration Framework (LCF)—developed and co-authored (respectively) by Engaged Spaces’ Executive Consultant.

How do you engage with your clients?

We start with an initial consultation to understand your needs. Then, we offer a customized proposal of services. We have a collaborative co-design conservation to refine the scope of work. When we reach an agreement, we facilitate a few onboarding touchpoints and begin delivering our services. We invite and offer feedback and updates throughout the process and over the course of the partnership.

What kind of investment is needed to work with Engaged Spaces?

Our services come with an investment that reflects the quality and customization we offer. Our coaching sessions generally fall within the range of $350 to $600 per hour. Engagement with our array of other services generally begins around $5,000. Ultimately, the investment will depend on the specific needs, goals, and scale of the services you desire. We can provide more precise figures after we learn more about your unique needs during the initial consultation.
